• Tickets held at box office Will Call are available one hour before show time.
• Paid tickets not picked up by the start of a performance will not be released for resale.
• Complimentary tickets that have not been picked up 10 minutes prior to curtain may be released for sale.
• A service fee may be added to ticket sales at time of payment.
• Tickets are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for another show within the same production, if available. The box office must be contacted in advance during regular weekday box office hours for exchanges.
• Event dates and times are subject to change.
• Discounts may be available for groups, seniors, students, the military and Pima employees.
• Late seating: Some performances may not allow late seating, or patrons may have to wait until an appropriate pause or intermission to be seated.
