A Illinois native, Joe Dal Pra pursued higher education in Ohio, obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the College of Mount Saint Joseph in Cincinnati in 1990, followed by a Master of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1992.
Joe has worked multiple part-time jobs in higher education institutions in Connecticut before securing his first full-time position in Tucson, Arizona.
